we got netball training la...
ends at around 7pm...
be4 the training ends...
ms lu forces us to drink up all the water in our bottle...
just happens tt i just refilled my bottle...
then is around 1l...
and we must finished drinking within 2 mins..
i drink till want to vomit liaoz..

ms lu wants mi to practice shooting wif one hand...
which means only one hand touches the ball...
then the other hand by ur side..
very challenging...
must practice!!
