today's my first netball training for this year...
kind of slack lah...
coz we just run 1.6km and help to train juniors...
then ends at around 5.20pm lah...

i passed mi long distance swimming test today!!!
continuous swim for 20 laps wasnt sooooooooooo difficult after all...
and somemore..
its quite easy lah...
i use around 30 min lah...
kind of slow...
must speed up!!!

anyway it is much easier than swimming quickly for 2 laps...
muahahax...
so happy!!!!
next week taking silver!!!

then the week after next week i will take gold...
